At Hollasec, we will build, manage, & execute your "Human Risk Program" for you, focusing on mapping organizational risks to human risks, and strategically focusing on behavioral change. The program is about more than "Security Awareness" - it facilitate a security conscious culture and affect behavioral change. All of this starts with the organization's goals and risks to those.
The program will create a Human Risk Strategy that directly ties to the organizational risks to its goals and objectives. These in turn are viewed in terms of human risk, and then to the behaviors that cause these risks to be realized. Then we identify the positive replacement (desired) behaviors, and map this to how we cause behavioral change in this direction. Finally, we create activities & initiatives that implement this strategy and measure the result.
Hollasec's Security Awareness Service will partner with you to create, execute, and manage this program to affect behavioral change. This will include the strategy, activities, phishing testing, education, and simulations. Simulations are events that create a scenario and walk through it, challenging assumptions, identifying blind spots, and strengthening security.
